Here's a little story about me

Growing up, I often longed for an older sister who could guide me through life's ups and downs.

While that wish didn't come true in the traditional sense. I have been blessed to meet amazing women who have become my mentors, offering wise counsel and helping me find my way back to God when I had strayed off the path.

As a teenager and all the way into adulthood, my path was clouded by challenges that many face but few speak about openly. I dealt with the demons of addiction, rebellion, battling alcohol and substance abuse, and the daunting shadows of depression and anxiety.

​

I lived a life of sin covered in ignorance and darkness. Life seemed an endless tunnel with no light in sight. But as fate would have it, my mid-life crisis, a phase I once dreaded, turned out to be a blessing in disguise. By the grace and mercy of God , I have found my way into the light.

 

Though I am far from perfect, I take comfort in the fact that God is. The true beginning of my transformation came when I repented of my sins and made the choice to turn away from the darkness I was living in. I had to be completely honest with myself. This repentance wasn't just a single act, but more of a complete shift in my heart and mind. It was a surrender, an acknowledgment of the brokenness I carried, and a sincere desire to walk in the light.

 

From this turning point, God began to renew and transform my life in countless ways, guiding me toward healing and purpose. This renewal was deeply rooted in reconnecting with the Holy Spirit of God, a powerful force I had long been disconnected from.

Stepping into my royal identity in our Lord Jesus Christ marked a new beginning. It was like awakening to a new dawn, being reset to factory/default/pure setting, filled with possibilities and a deeper understanding of my true potential. It has made me free from the law of sin and death.

 

Jesus Christ is the plug, our life line. I am forever grateful for His goodness and love.

It is this love and compassion that inspired me to create Empower A Soul Foundation. 

I provide young women and men with hope, encouragement, and inspiration in their own faith journey by sharing the timeless truths of the Holy Bible- our life manual and book of instructions.

Through my writing and teaching, I transfer the revelations and wisdom that I have gained, so that others will benefit from my experiences and knowledge bank.

 

I am dedicated to helping you navigate the challenges of life, whether they be devastating setbacks, tempting distractions, good times and offer practical strategies and everything in between.​​

​

My love for education and nurturing has been a part of me since childhood. I fondly recall running an informal children's daycare, a place where I first discovered the joy of teaching and caring. Though life steered me towards Accounting, my heart always yearned to Educate and Empower.

 

This blog is the pathway of that longing - a space where I can pass down the  insights and knowledge that I dearly wished someone had shared with me as I navigated the game of life.

With God by our side, we will serve as Ambassadors for Christ Jesus and spread His message of love and hope to those around us. Welcome home. This is a safe house.
